I provide individual and family counseling services for children, adolescents and adults. My experience and additional training includes working with people struggling with post-partum depression, bereavement, eating disorders, self-harming behaviors, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault. 

I welcome the opportunity to earn your trust to help you work through issues, to learn new coping skills, and to build a healthier support network. 
My credentials include:
Licensed as a Professional Counselor by the State of Connecticut, 1999- present

Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from Western Connecticut State University, Danbury, CT, 1996

Master of Health Administration degree from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, CT, 2009.
